Tant Miertjie se Kombuis at the Willem Prinsloo Agricultural Museum is open seven days a week and is ideal for the whole family.
Traditional Christmas and New Years day Buffets are served as Miertjie Prinsloo (grand daughter) and Miertjie le Roux (great grand daughter) of Willem Prinsloo used to do it.
 
Renè Kupke is responsible for the catering at the various venues since March 2005.

"Die Stoep"on the outside of the "Kombuis" accommodates 250 persons and is ideal for garden weddings and "Tant Miertjie se kombuis" seats up to 210 people.
There is also a fully equipped conference venue suitable for 100 delegates next to Tant Miertjie se Kombuis. The Gerhard Schoeman function and conference venue seats 400 people and the workshop venue can accommodate 90 people.
 
At "Tant Kotie se Kontant Winkel" ( Aunt Kotie's cash store) you may find something for everyone, from 65% proof Witblits and Mampoer to liqueurs to home made jam, atchar and chutney to handcrafts and toys for children.
 

Menue: Dutch Traditional

Boontjiesop - Thick Bean soup, homemade bread and farm butter.

Boboti with vegetables such as carrots, green beans cauliflower au gratin, rice, baked potatoes, sweet potatoes, roasted chicken and pork and "Kerrie afal" (curried offal).

Salads: Greek salad and potato salad

Dessert: Tipsy tart with custard and fresh cream and a selection of fresh fruit in season.
